Job Summary
The Receptionist position is an integral part of the team, greeting and assisting all guests in a professional and courteous manner. You will be required to answer incoming calls and transfer calls to the appropriate team member, assist in checking in/checking our guests, dealing with enquiries, responding to emails and assisting the rest of the team with the day to day running of the hotel reception. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Duties
- Greet guests and direct them to appropriate staff members.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Concierge: handle general enquiries
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management or Supervisor.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize work space with attention to detail and organization tools provided.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software applications.
