Bar Staff
The Cricketers Arms is a historic, 100+ year old real pub based in Ockley, Surrey on the A29. We are a family-owned serving traditional pub fare and a variety of draught craft beers and fine ciders and lagers. We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and personable individuals to join our team.
Requirements:
- Shifts are 11am till 5pm and 5pm to close Monday to Sunday.
- Some help with kitchen serving meals.
- Must have experience working with food and alcohol.
- Must be able to follow all food and beverage rules and regulations.
- Must have experience using a cash register and handling money.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with other staff members and customers.
- Must available for weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) at least once a month.
- Must be over 18 Years of age and have right to work in uk.
- Some cellar experience preferred.
Job Duties:
- Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service thoughout their visit.
- Take orders from customers using our computer system, Point-of-Sale, or phone system. Inform customers of specials and menu changes as they are implemented. Present alcoholic drinks in manner consistent with establishment guidelines and procedures.Clean equipment properly according to establishment guidelines as well as proper procedures for maintaining equipment throughout establishment operation. Assist other departments as required within the restaurant (e.g., food, beverage) or with special projects (e.g., cleaning). Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor (e.g., opening or closing duties).
