As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and commercially minded Senior Executive to support business operations, strategic initiatives, and organisational growth.
The Role
The Senior Executive will play a key role in supporting senior leadership across a broad range of business activities. This position requires a proactive and adaptable professional capable of managing projects, supporting client relationships, analysing business performance, and contributing to the successful delivery of strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects and initiatives are delivered efficiently while supporting the continued growth and success of the organisation.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business Support
- Support the development and execution of business strategies and growth initiatives
- Assist senior leadership with planning, operational management, and business decision-making
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and market trends
- Contribute to the achievement of organisational goals and performance targets
- Support the implementation of key business initiatives and strategic projects
Project Management
- Coordinate and manage projects from initiation through to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and progress reports
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure deadlines are achieved
- Identify risks and issues and support the implementation of effective solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Client and Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Support client communications and business development activities
- Assist with presentations, proposals, and project meetings
- Act as a key liaison between departments and external stakeholders
- Ensure a high standard of service and stakeholder engagement
Business Performance and Reporting
- Analyse business performance data and operational metrics
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities
- Provide insights to support informed decision-making
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Support the implementation of new processes, systems, and best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business
- Assist in developing policies and procedures that support organisational growth
RequirementsExperience and Skills
- Proven experience in a senior administrative, executive, operations, project management, or business support role
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business reporting tools
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Management, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred
- Professional qualifications in project management or business administration would be advantageous
