Role: Site Agent (Multiple Roles)
Location: Greater Dublin (Meath & Louth) / North Connacht (Mayo & Roscommon)
Hours: Full-Time (Mon–Fri, Site-Based)
Pay: €50,000 – €80,000 + Vehicle + Fuel Card + Package
Live vacancy for a Site Agent – working with a Civil Engineering / Utilities company who operate in the Infrastructure & Utilities sector (Irish Water, Power & Roads projects).

The Role:
A brilliant opportunity to join one of Ireland’s most established utilities contractors, delivering major infrastructure projects across Dublin and the North Connacht region.
You’ll take ownership of site operations across civils and utility works (water, drainage, pipelines, roads), managing teams, driving programme delivery, and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be trusted to run projects end-to-end while working within long-term frameworks that offer real job security and progression.
Positive Signs on your CV;
- 3+ years’ experience as a Site Agent / Senior Engineer on civils or utilities projects
- Strong background in utilities (water, drainage, pipelines) or infrastructure/roadworks
- Experience managing site teams, subcontractors & programme delivery
- Confident liaising with clients, local authorities & stakeholders
- Full driving licence and ability to be site-based
