We are seeking caring and dedicated Care Assistants to provide high‑quality residential care for elderly residents living with a range of conditions, including physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and dementia.
Experience / Knowledge
- Previous care experience preferred but not essential — full training provided
- Ability to support all aspects of personal care while promoting independence and dignity
- Strong teamwork skills and a professional, compassionate approach
- Understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding responsibilities
- Awareness of infection control procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with daily personal care and mobility needs
- Reviewing, updating, and following individual care plans
- Maintaining accurate, concise, and up‑to‑date care records
- Supporting residents’ wellbeing through respectful, person‑centred care
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment at all times
Requirements
- All applicants must undertake a DBS check or be registered on the Update service
- Reliability, empathy, and a genuine commitment to high‑quality care
