About Us:
The Rainbow Care Group will be providing dementia day care services across Exeter and East Devon. The day services are run from community-based settings to ensure each person's day does not feel clinical or institutional.
Our days services, launching across Exeter and East Devon are designed to create meaningful, engaging experiences for each person. Based at Exmouth Rugby Club on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with more locations coming soon, our days are filled with fun, connection and cognitive stimulation, ensuring every day is purposeful and enjoyable, ensuring we enjoy the surrounding areas of the beautiful estuary and nearby beach!
What You Will Need:
No Experience? No problem! We will train you, support you and cheer you on as you grow.
You will laugh, learn, and lead- whether you are baking with members, going on trips, or lending a compassionate ear.

- 16 hour contract - 2 days per week (OR potential for 3 days per week if required, for the right candidate)
- Monday to Friday (no evenings or week ends) (Ideally to initially supervise a Tuesday and Thursday)
- Supervisor shifts are 8:30am – 4:30pm
