Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly people to work as Game Hosts at the exciting new Dr Trilby's Escape Rooms in Daventry High Street. This role involves engaging with guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable and memorable experience, and maintaining the smooth operation of our themed escape rooms. The ideal candidate will possess a hospitality mindset, and a passion for delivering excellent guest services.
Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Explain game rules and safety procedures clearly to all participants
- Monitor gameplay to ensure guests adhere to guidelines while offering hints or assistance when appropriate
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the escape rooms before and after each session
- Handle guest queries or concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Assist with promotional activities or special events to enhance guest engagement
- Ensure health and safety protocols are followed diligently at all times
We will be open day times, evenings and weekends so this role would suit persons that are flexible in terms of when they are available to work.
