Responsibilities
- Conduct viewings of rental properties with prospective tenants, providing detailed information and answering queries.
- Manage tenant applications, including referencing, credit checks, and tenancy agreements.
- Liaise effectively with landlords to understand their requirements and provide regular updates.
- Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities using organisational software.
- Assist in marketing available properties through various channels to attract suitable tenants.
- Handle enquiries via phone, email, or in person promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support the team in administrative duties such as updating databases, preparing documentation, and scheduling appointments.
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience, ideally within property or lettings sectors.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional demeanour combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations related to property lettings is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- A valid driving licence and vehicle is required. Mileage paid.

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
