The Box Tree Restaurant is one of Yorkshire's most celebrated fine dining destinations. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Kitchen Porter. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in our kitchen.
Responsibilities:
-Washing pots, pans, crockery and kitchen equipment
-Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
-Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required
-Receiving and storing deliveries
-Supporting all areas of the kitchen during busy service periods
-Following all food safety and health & safety procedures
-Carrying out additional duties as required to support the wider team

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen, hotel, or restaurant environment is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain cleanliness within the kitchen
- Ability to follow instructions from the kitchen staff
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
