Defined Wine is one of the UK’s leading contract wineries, partnering with premium producers across England to deliver high-quality, technically precise winemaking and production services.
We are seeking a motivated and practical Production Hand to join our production team. This is a hands-on role offering opportunities to develop specialist technical skills and gain experience with modern wine production equipment and processes.
As part of a respected and growing business at the forefront of the English wine industry, you will play an important role in maintaining our high standards of quality, safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment in the Production Department
· Assist with the setup and operations of the bottling and labelling lines.
· Clean bottling, labelling and associated production equipment
· Support maintenance activities when required.
· Carry out additional duties as required to support production operations.
Quality, Safety & Procedures
· Follow all Health & Safety, food safety and quality procedures
· Complete production and quality documentation accurately
· Learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures across multiple workstations
· Support training and mentoring of new team members as experience and skills grow.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
· Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, standing and moving stock throughout the day.
· Ability to lift up to 25kg
