We are seeking energetic and dedicated School Run Drivers and Passenger Assistants to ensure the safe, reliable, and friendly transportation of students to and from school. This vital role combines professional driving with compassionate passenger support, creating a positive experience for young learners. As part of our team, you will be responsible for operating vehicles safely, assisting students with special needs when required, and maintaining a welcoming environment on every journey. Duties
- Safely operate school transport vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Pick up and drop off students at designated locations promptly and reliably
- Assist passengers, especially those with special needs, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey
- Conduct routine vehicle checks, including maintenance inspections and reporting any issues promptly
- Communicate clearly with parents, school staff, and colleagues to coordinate schedules and address concerns
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, school staff, and team members
