As a Production Operative within our Laminating Team, you will play a key role in the lamination process, working across different sections of the laminating machine. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where quality, safety and teamwork are essential. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Work to customer specifications and Standard Operating Procedures
- Operate across different sections of the laminating machine
- Maintain a high standard of quality with strong attention to detail
- Ensure a clean, safe and organised working environment at all times
- Follow all health & safety procedures and site standards
- Work collaboratively with the wider production team
- Support general housekeeping and other duties as required
Shift Pattern
This role operates on a 3-week rotating shift pattern:
Week 1:
Monday & Tuesday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
Week 2:
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
Week 3 (Nights):
Monday to Thursday: 6:00pm – 6:00am

- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential
