Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the overall operation of the kitchen. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and standards
- Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring efficient workflow and organisation
- Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items in collaboration with the head chef
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards at all times, adhering to health regulations
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management, ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored
- Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
- Keep workstations clean, organised, and sanitised throughout shifts
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation methods
- Excellent understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Experience working in restaurant settings or similar hospitality environments is desirable

Pay: From £2,250.00 per month
