Remote International Research & Interviewing Specialist (Freelance)
At Katrium, we are expanding our global roster of independent project contractors to support our growing range of international market research assignments. We are looking for articulate, multilingual individuals who excel at professional communication and enjoy engaging directly with people over the phone.
This project-based role focuses primarily on conducting structured interviews and market surveys with business professionals and consumers across different countries. Working as a remote specialist, you will carry out telephone outreach, gather valuable market insights, and log data accurately into our online platforms. Because our tasks depend on client needs, assignments offer a dynamic mix of short-term initiatives and ongoing long-term projects.
Key Details:
- Role: 100% Remote, Freelance / Independent Contractor agreement.
- Core Tasks: B2B and B2C phone interviewing, survey administration, data collection, and basic project support.
- Requirements: Fluency in target languages, strong communication skills, and high attention to detail. Prior experience in research, phone surveys, or customer support is a plus.
- Equipment Needed: A reliable personal computer, stable high-speed internet, and a clear headset.
- Hours & Availability: Flexible scheduling during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM), with a typical commitment of 4–8 hours per day.
