What You Will Do:
- Conduct outbound telephone interviews and market surveys across the Nordic region.
- Engage professionally with business stakeholders (B2B) and consumers (B2C).
- Log market insights and survey data accurately into our digital platforms.
- Provide overall operational and communication support for specific client projects.
What We Are Looking For:
- Language Skills: Native or professional fluency in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian (strong English skills are a plus).
- Communication: Exceptional phone manner, active listening skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Background: Previous experience in phone surveys, market research, telesales, or customer support is highly valued.
- Technical Setup: A reliable personal computer, stable high-speed internet connection, and a quality headset with a microphone.
