TKL Skip Hire Ltd are looking for a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious Roll-on Roll-off (RoRo) Driver to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HGV driver who takes pride in delivering outstanding service while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate Roll-on Roll-off (RoRo) vehicles to transport and collect skips and containers.
- Deliver and collect containers from commercial, industrial, and domestic customers.
- Carry out daily vehicle safety inspections and report any defects promptly.
- Ensure all loads are secured and transported in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Complete delivery documentation accurately and on time.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
- Adhere to all road traffic regulations, driver hours, and health and safety legislation.
- Keep vehicles clean, tidy, and roadworthy.
Essential Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV Licence.
- Valid Driver CPC Qualification.
- Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous Roll-on Roll-off (RoRo) driving experience preferred
- Good knowledge of driver hours and tachograph regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive, flexible, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily workloads efficiently.
