Who We Are
We help brands get the attention they deserve through creative thinking that defines them, and creative execution that brings it all to life. Whether we're shaping a full brand world or stepping in to create a campaign, product, or experience, we bring the same focus: smart strategy, standout creative, and execution built to connect.
We work end-to-end to make magic happen — from CGI and photography to activations, physical builds, and bespoke product creation — creating things people actually want to look at, talk about, and share.
Our clients include major names in fashion, sportswear, and lifestyle brand campaigns.
The Role
We need an experienced Creative Producer to pick up two live productions already in motion — talent and models are selected, locations are confirmed (Tenerife and London), and production weeks are set for 14th and 28th September. This isn't a role for building a production from scratch: it's about jumping in with confidence, taking ownership immediately, and carrying it through from production to final delivery.
You'll need to hit the ground running from day one — there's limited ramp-up time before the first production week.
Hybrid working, with 2-3 days in the office, each week, based in Kings Cross.
What You'll Be Doing
- Picking up two in-flight productions and taking full ownership through to delivery
- Managing talent and model logistics, including rate negotiation, where arrangements are still being finalised
- Coordinating travel, crew, and on-location logistics for shoots in Tenerife and London
- Running productions end-to-end — not just on set, but through post-production and final delivery
- Keeping clients confidently informed throughout, with clear, proactive communication
- Managing production budgets and commercial negotiations with suppliers and talent
- Troubleshooting in real time when things shift on the day
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience producing brand campaign content — video and stills — for premium fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle brands
- Comfortable joining a production already in motion, not just starting from a blank brief
- Experience negotiating talent/model rates and commercial terms
- Strong understanding of all ends of production
- Excellent internal and external communication skills — confident, clear, and reassuring under pressure
- Genuinely comfortable at a fast pace, with tight lead times
- Able to travel for shoots, including international locations
- Self-sufficient and pragmatic — someone who can pick up a live production and run with it
Pay: £250.00-£400.00 per day
Work Location: Hybrid remote in London N1C
