Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Automotive Customer Service / Aftersales Manager to take full ownership of the aftersales operation.
This is not a desk job. You will be responsible for managing customer issues, coordinating repairs, and ensuring the workshop delivers work to a high standard and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aftersales activity from point of sale onwards
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and resolutions professionally
- Book in repairs, diagnostics, and warranty work
- Coordinate with mechanics to ensure work is completed correctly and efficiently
- Monitor quality of repairs before vehicles are handed over
- Chase parts, suppliers, and timelines to avoid delays
- Keep customers updated throughout the process
- Maintain records of jobs, costs, and outcomes
- Ensure the workshop is organized and operating efficiently
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive aftersales / service management
- Strong understanding of vehicle repairs and diagnostics (must be able to challenge mechanics if needed)
- Confident dealing with customers, including difficult situations
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple jobs at once
- Proactive – does not wait to be told what to do
- Full UK driving license

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
