As a Business Support Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

Banking Duties: Check the safe, prepare money for banking, and take it to the bank.

Time Sheet Management: Input staff time sheets and respond to pay queries.

Communication: Answer requests from managers and staff, including minuting meetings.

Procurement: Order goods and services as needed.

Budget Monitoring: Oversee budgets across three areas, including Purchase Card reconciliation.

Room Bookings: Administer room bookings for various activities.

Statistics Collation: Gather monthly statistics regarding youth sessions.

Database Management: Maintain the volunteer database and support Youth Justice checks.

Minuting Meetings: This is an occasional requirement.
To succeed in this role, you should have:

Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.

IT Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
