Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and customer satisfaction
- Lead, motivate, and train staff in food preparation, serving techniques, and food safety protocols
- Oversee food production and kitchen activities to maintain high-quality culinary standards
- Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks efficiently, and monitor performance to foster a productive team environment
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote positive dining experiences
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness across all areas of the restaurant
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Extensive knowledge of food production, cooking techniques, and food preparation processes
- Hands-on experience in serving customers and managing front-of-house operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, culinary practices, and food safety regulations
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Barista experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in beverage preparation and customer interaction
