We’re on the search for a Part Time Contact Centre Advisor to join us at our Hemel support centre and share our passion to make one of the UK’s most-loved hospitality brands the best it can possibly be. Perhaps this’ll be your niche too? We’d love to find out.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for team who can demonstrate great listening skills, have a problem solving attitude and will help our guests to buy the holiday that's perfect for them.
We are recruiting for part time hours between 16-24 hours per week. This will include a weekend shift of either a Saturday or Sunday between the hours of 0900 - 1800 and 3 evenings a week finishing at 9pm.
What will I be doing?
- Your goal is to create rewarding relationships with our guests by providing an individual, tailor made experience, ensuring you meet the Warner standard and our guests' expectations.
- You'll be providing informative and accurate advice and guidance for guests looking to book or discuss their future holiday at one of our hotels or villages, allowing them to talk in confidence with you. After 1900,hrs the work is all online, as the incoming calls stop, but the webchat function you'll offer runs until 2100hrs.
- Previous experience within a similar position is desirable but not essential
- The role is home based and we will provide your equipment
