Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender, to join our vibrant team in the next 1-2 months. The ideal candidate would have to be atleast 18 years old (although not a requirement) and possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service for all customers.
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience in serving drinks in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Excellent time management abilities to effectively handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
