Accounting Manager - Full Time Demo Account

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at our Full Time Demo Account. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. You will also be responsible for managing a team of accounting professionals and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures in accordance with GAAP
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Oversee the budgeting process and monitor budget variances
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial data
- Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of accounting professionals
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or other relevant professional certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively mentor and develop staff
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
