Project & Account Manager, London / Hybrid. Up to £45K
We're looking for a Project & Account Manager to join a purpose-driven creative agency.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with agency experience who enjoys managing client relationships, coordinating projects and keeping creative campaigns running smoothly. You'll join a collaborative Client Services team where you'll play a key role in delivering integrated campaigns, managing studio resources and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
The agency works with charities, purpose-led organisations and socially conscious brands, delivering integrated creative campaigns that make a genuine impact. As Project & Account Manager, you'll manage client accounts, coordinate project delivery, oversee studio scheduling and work closely with Creative and Client Services teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Responsibilities of this Project & Account Manager include:
* Managing the day-to-day delivery of client accounts and creative projects
* Building strong client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
* Coordinating project timelines, budgets, resources and project administration
* Managing studio schedules and allocating internal and freelance resources
* Working closely with Creative and Client Services teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and supporting process improvements
To be considered for this Project & Account Manager role, you'll need:
* Experience in project management, account management or resource management within a creative or integrated agency
* Knowledge of creative, digital and integrated production processes
* Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience using project management or resource scheduling software
* The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment
* A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent attention to detail
