Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Delivery Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient delivery operations, supporting the logistics team with various tasks that keep our service running seamlessly. Candidate will be required to handle 25kg bags so requires good physical strength. We also have a working farm so additional work will be required on the farm but training will be given on the job.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles, ensuring items are handled safely and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly
- Ensure all delivery areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction during deliveries
