Food Production Packer / General Kitchen Assistant
Chateau Dessert Group Ltd is a dessert manufacturing and supply company based in Heston, West London.
We are looking for an experienced Food Production Packer and General Kitchen Assistant to join our growing team. This role is suitable for someone with previous experience in a high-volume food production environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Packing and labelling finished products accurately
- Preparing products for storage and dispatch
- Assisting with general food preparation and production tasks
- Maintaining clean and organised production and packing areas
- Following food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures
- Completing production and traceability records accurately
- Supporting the pastry and production teams when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in high-volume food production is essential
- Previous commercial kitchen experience is essential
- Pastry or dessert production experience is preferred
- Good understanding of food hygiene and food safety regulations
- Food Safety Level 2 qualification
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Right to work in the UK
- UK bank account and National Insurance number
This position is available immediately. It will become permanent following the successful completion of the probationary period.
