We are seeking an exceptional and experienced leader for our Head of Quality to play a key role the College’s approach to quality improvement, assurance and enhancement, ensuring that teaching, learning and assessment are consistently high quality and lead to strong learner outcomes. The role will move beyond traditional quality assurance processes to focus on driving improvement through insight, collaboration and evidence-based practice. Working closely with the Director of Pedagogy & Assessment, Assistant Principals, Quality Improvement Leaders and curriculum teams, the postholder will ensure that quality systems are proportionate, developmental and impactful,
Ideally, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of the College’s quality strategy, aligned to the strategic plan.
- Lead the annual Self-Assessment Report (SAR) process, ensuring it is accurate, evidence-based and evaluative
- Design and oversee proportionate quality assurance processes
- Lead the analysis of performance data
- Lead the coordination of Ofsted preparation and inspection activity.
- Work closely with Assistant Principals and Quality Improvement Leaders to support quality improvement within curriculum areas.
- Support the design and delivery of CPD aligned to quality priorities.
- Ensure learner feedback is effectively captured, analysed and used to improve quality.
