Job position: Senior waiter / waitress
- Deliver excellent customer service in a busy restaurant environment
- Manage sections efficiently and ensure smooth service
- Support and guide junior team members
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
- Open and close the restaurant
- Complete end-of-night cashing up procedures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
