We are the London outpost of an award-winning health retreat and we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. We have two locations in Inhabit hotel, London's first dedicated wellbeing focused hotels.
As a Barista, you will be the front face of our establishment, responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve not only preparing drinks but also ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. If you have a love for coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Keep inventory stocked and report any shortages or issues to management.
- Support fellow team members and help with training on how to make great coffees.
- Uphold a great standard of customer service.
Skills
- Experience as a Barista a must.
- Art latte skills a must.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively and provide top-notch service.
