Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for bartending and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
- Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Basic understanding of food safety practices is advantageous.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour, with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- A willingness to help others and contribute positively to the team dynamic is essential.

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
