This role will provide Executive support to the Dean, ensuring the smooth functioning of the Dean’s office. You will develop an understanding of the Dean’s work to anticipate and resolve issues, exercising a high level of discretion.
You will use your initiative and organisational skills to provide executive support for the Senior Management Team in the Institute of Health including internal and external relations, diary management, communications, travel, meeting support, event co-ordination and general administrative duties.
An experienced and confident administrator with outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills you will be engaging, have good judgement and engender trust from those you work with.
You will be able to communicate professionally and effectively with a range of stakeholders, dealing with issues confidentially and diplomatically. You will be able to work calmly under pressure, with close attention to detail and a flexible approach to changing priorities.
This is a fixed term role running for 9 months.
