Harley Street Dental Studio – London
Harley Street Dental Studio is one of the UK's leading multidisciplinary private dental practices. We're building one of the UK's most recognised and trusted private healthcare brands, and we're looking for an exceptional Brand & Content Marketing Manager to help us get there.
This isn't a traditional marketing role. We're looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial thinking - someone who loves developing ideas, creating exceptional content and taking ownership of a brand with genuine ambition.
About the Role
Working closely with the Practice Director and our clinicians, you'll take ownership of our brand across all content and communication channels. You'll create outstanding photography and video content, grow our social media presence, support the personal brands of our clinicians, coordinate PR and partnerships, and help shape how Harley Street Dental Studio is seen by patients, referring dentists and the wider profession.
You'll work directly with the Practice Director and our clinicians, giving you the opportunity to bring ideas to life, make decisions quickly and see the impact of your work.
We're looking for someone who doesn't wait for instructions - we want someone who brings ideas, spots opportunities and helps shape the future of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Content
· Develop creative ideas that strengthen the Harley Street Dental Studio brand.
· Create exceptional photography and video content, from concept through to publication.
· Build a library of outstanding photography, video and patient stories for use across our marketing.
· Ensure every piece of communication reflects the quality and professionalism of our practice.
Social Media & Personal Branding
· Lead our content and communications across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Google Business Profile.
· Create platform-specific content, including reels, stories, educational videos and thought leadership.
· Build engaged online communities through meaningful conversations and authentic engagement.
· Help develop the personal brands of our clinicians through engaging educational content.
Brand Growth
· Identify opportunities for PR, awards, media coverage and strategic partnerships.
· Develop relationships with influencers, brand partners and industry contacts.
· Coordinate photography, videography, patient models and content days.
· Work alongside our external marketing partners to coordinate website content, patient communications and wider brand initiatives.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
· Loves creating exceptional content and has an excellent eye for photography, video and design.
· Is highly skilled at filming and editing short-form video to a premium standard.
· Sees stories where others don't and enjoys turning everyday moments into engaging content.
· Is naturally curious, spotting content opportunities everywhere and confidently encouraging clinicians and patients to get involved.
· Enjoys taking ownership and making things happen.
· Is commercially minded and understands how great branding and content contribute to business growth.
· Is curious, ambitious and always looking for new ideas and opportunities.
· Is confident on camera and equally comfortable encouraging others to be on camera.
Experience within luxury hospitality, premium healthcare, aesthetics, luxury retail, travel, property or another premium consumer brand would be highly advantageous.

Pay: £32,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Content marketing: 3 years (required)
