Are you an experienced Care Assistant ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a caring, reliable and dedicated Night Senior Care Assistant to join our friendly team at Heatherside Rest Home.
Working alongside the management team, you will help ensure our residents receive exceptional person-centred care throughout the night, whilst supporting and guiding care staff on shift.

About the role
- Leading and supporting the night care team
- Delivering high-quality personal care
- Administering medication in line with procedures
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Responding to residents' needs with compassion and professionalism
- Ensuring residents are safe, comfortable and well cared for throughout the night
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a senior care role or as an experienced Care Assistant
- A caring and compassionate nature
- Good communication and leadership skills
- A commitment to delivering outstanding person-centred care
- Medication administration experience is desirable
