ABOUT US
Anavo’s brand new care home in Havant will feature 78 bedrooms, set in beautifully landscaped and accessibly friendly grounds. The H-shaped building incorporates five households in a part two, part three-storey design. The design uses the natural landscape to blend the care home seamlessly into its surroundings, minimising its impact while creating cosy and secure spaces for our residents to enjoy, both indoors and out.
It’s eco-friendly and thoughtfully designed to enhance wellbeing and boost a sense of community and purpose, our residents are at its heart.

Requirements
Duties will include but not limited to:

Health & Safety, Fire & Environmental Compliance Checks.

Carry out Minor Electrical & Plumbing repairs
-
Check all rooms and undertaking general maintenance.

On occasions you will be required to work in client areas and therefore be comfortable alongside vulnerable residents.

Report defects in equipment and the general fabric of the unit to the Home Manager

Take action to assess the management of risk, and to reduce where possible, the impact on residents, visitors, staff and Company Property.

Consistently observe Company Infection Prevention & Control policies, procedures and best practice guidance in order to maintain high standards of Infection Prevention & Control.
