Job Description – Fuse upgrade technician
We are looking to recruit another fuse upgrade technician to join our growing team. . We are looking for highly motivated, self-driven individuals with a keen eye for quality whilst delivering first class customer service and support.

You should be located within easy reach of one of the following contract areas: Mpan 15. This position will be to cover postcode areas in the North East that consist of NE/SR and surrounding areas.
All training will be provided.

The Role / Opportunity
- Attend site and carry out an initial survey on the existing electrical supply. e.g fuse sizing,
- Check site setup and determine action to be taken.
- Upgrade customers’ installation where required (training/upskill will be provided)
- Understand client’s installation design policies and procedures.
- Capture details via handheld on our work management system.

The Person:
· Good customer service skills
· Electrical knowledge required (preferably experienced meter operative)
· 3 Phase experience would be advantageous but not required
· Ability to adapt to different situations on site
· Willingness to learn
· Pleasant nature and great communicator - both written and verbal
· Flexible approach to work
· Proactive / think on your feet
· Ability to work individually but also as part of a team
The Package
· Potential annual income of £35,000 +
· Priced incentive payment model for quality work installed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
