About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our busy fabric warehouse team. The role involves cutting fabric to customer specifications, preparing and packing orders, and ensuring parcels are correctly dispatched to customers.This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Measuring and cutting fabric accurately to customer requirements.
- Picking orders from warehouse stock.
- Packing fabric orders securely and professionally.
- Preparing parcels for courier collection and dispatch.
- Checking orders for accuracy before shipment.
- Loading and unloading deliveries when required.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
- Assisting with stock control and inventory checks.
- Following all health and safety procedures.

- Ability to undertake manual handling and be on your feet for extended periods.
Desirable Requirements
- Previous warehouse, packing, or logistics experience.
- Experience working with fabrics, textiles, or manufacturing materials.
- Previous use of warehouse management systems or courier booking systems
