As a Senior Lead, you will support the Deputy Manager and Team Leader in leading and developing the team, while assisting with the day-to-day running of the home to ensure high-quality care and support for our residents.

Position: Senior Lead
Location: Caergwrle, Wrexham
Type: Full-Time, a rota that promotes a healthy work life balance with 2 shifts on and 4 days off plus rota'd sleep in duties.
Salary: £30,656 up to £31,605 per annum inclusive of 26 sleep in duties.
What you’ll do:
The role involves leading a care team in line with QEwC Ltd’s ethos to create a safe, supportive environment that meets young people’s needs, prioritises safeguarding, and delivers positive daily living experiences guided by each individual’s support plan.
The position includes directing staff to meet operational and legislative expectations through clear communication, supporting the home’s management when required, and working collaboratively with education providers to promote each young person’s formal learning.
Although the role can be challenging at times, the work is hugely rewarding.
You will receive a warm welcome at QEWC, along with a supportive induction programme and comprehensive training to help you settle into your role. Ongoing training and support is provided.
