Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled multi-trader to undertake repairs, maintenance and compliance activities at our properties located across Yorkshire.
The Repairs & Maintenance Technician (RMT) will provide a high-quality, responsive repairs and maintenance service across HHA’s properties, carrying out a range of multi-trade works safely, efficiently and to an excellent standard. The role involves working independently across our property portfolio, identifying and resolving repairs, maintaining clear communication with residents and colleagues, and ensuring all work complies with health, safety and quality requirements. The (RMT) will also be expected to join HHA's out of hours rota.
We are looking for a practical, reliable and resident-focused candidate with strong experience in a core trade and the ability to work across at least one secondary trade. The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and able to manage a high-volume workload with minimal supervision, while keeping accurate records and delivering excellent outcomes for residents. The successful candidate will be able to communicate clearly, use IT and mobile systems confidently and will understand the importance of working safely at all times. The successful candidate will be required to drive an HHA vehicle and must have an appropriate driving licence. All offers of employment will be subject to the provision of acceptable references and a clean DBS check.
Pay: £30,600.00 per year
