This unique role contributes to all departments within the Lands End Hotel. This an early morning General areas attendant with your days starting at 4am until 12pm.
This role is mostly focus within the bar & restaurant area ensuring a high level of cleanliness and helping the team ensure the guests have the best experience possible.
You will also be asked to contribute to other area within the hotel ensuring a high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- To carry out all cleaning duties throughout the LEH building as required by your line manager.
- Cleaning all the bar & restaurant areas ready for guest’s breakfast.
- Dusting & polishing furniture & fixtures
- Sweeping & mopping all general areas including bar, restaurant, lounge & reception.
- Cleaning of the restaurant & hotel toilets specified products & adhering the LEH COSHH & PPE procedures.
- Ensuring all guest toilets are topped up with all products provided.
- Hoover all general areas including hotel corridors, welcome mats, rugs etc…
- Emptying of bins & rubbish as required
- Sorting, washing, loading & unloading hotel washing.
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training & attending courses as required.
- Always adhere to all company policies & procedures
- To be correctly dressed, clean, tidy & adhere to the LE policy on personal hygiene.
- Be involved & contribute to team meetings.
- To report any maintenance issues to a member of the LEH management team
