Job Opportunity: Experienced Men's Tailor for Jackets & Coat & Trouser & Shirt Alteration (Central London)
We are seeking a highly skilled tailor or seamstress for our atelier in Central London, specialising in high-end men's jackets, coats, and trousers alterations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in tailoring Men's jackets and a strong ability to perform hand sewing for precise alterations.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a tailor/seamstress, specialising in men’s jackets and coats for luxury or high-end brands.
- Expertise in performing alterations on men's garments, particularly jackets, coats, and trousers, using both industrial sewing machines and hand stitching.
- Proven ability to deliver work of an exceptionally high standard, with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
- Strong hand sewing skills for fine, detailed work.
- Excellent organisational skills, punctuality, and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to assess and understand customers' needs during fittings and determine the appropriate alterations.
- Experience working with a variety of fabrics and materials.
- English language proficiency.
