We’re looking for talented individuals to join our team and play a key role in shaping global and US-based pricing & market access strategies.
Project Leadership
- You will oversee project delivery from start to finish, able to fully deliver all projects with minimal or no input from Partners.
- You will provide project leadership and guidance to the team, bringing strong experience managing and leading complex projects.
- You will have a solution-orientated approach and look to add client value wherever possible.
- You will use your experience to support the team executing top quality consultancy projects by:
- Sharing your understanding of stated and unstated client needs.
- Supporting, coaching and mentoring your project teams to deliver best practice in strategic thinking.
- Managing the research and delivery teams as well as client needs in a structured way.
- You will have a clear idea of the different projects, opportunities to explore and challenges being faced by our clients, based on your experience delivering high-quality global pricing and market access consultancy.
Business Development
- You will use your position in project delivery and industry knowledge to seek new opportunities to bring value to our clients.
- The high quality and solution-oriented outputs of your projects will lead to repeat business.
- You will understand client needs beyond RFPs, fully owning development of proposals and leading proposal defences.
- You will develop and work from a structured BD plan (with support from partners) to seek business from existing and new clients, engaging in sustained outreach and scheduling and leading capabilities presentations.
- You will leverage your own client relationships to promote Access Infinity offerings.

- You will be a leader in the organisation and help to shape the culture of the company, through:
- Line management of two or more direct reports
- Investing time in mentoring direct reports and project team members
- Leading high-impact, company-wide internal initiatives

We are looking for people who have a proactive, solution-oriented approach, are great at managing their time and strong communicators.
Essential:
- Experience: 6+ (Associate Director) to 8+ (Director) years of experience in a global and/or US strategic market access consultancy, with experience managing and leading market access projects, across a range of methodologies, with responsibilities as outlined above. Experience to include:
- Delivering global and/or US primary research with payers
- A breadth of project types with a global and/or US perspective, e.g. working on strategic pricing projects; using analogues and secondary data (e.g. clinical guidelines, HTA outcomes, formulary data and raw pricing data) to inform strategic pricing, reimbursement and market access strategies; analysing HTA decision-making and outcomes; facilitating advisory boards; conducting quantitative research
- Owning proposal development from RFP to final proposal and pitch
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record in life sciences, health economics, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge [UK role]: Deep expertise in EU4+UK P&MA systems and processes. Strong understanding of P&MA in the other critical global markets (including but not exclusive to US and Japan). Deep expertise in specific therapy areas, market-specific P&MA systems or project types. Understanding of clinical trial design principles. Proactively stays current with evolving P&MA policies.
- Technical Knowledge [US role]: Deep expertise in the US healthcare system and payer landscape. Understanding of clinical trial design principles. Proactively stays current with evolving P&MA policies.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English.
- Client relationship: A track record of exemplary client management, acting as the primary client contact across multiple projects, and successfully bringing in new and repeat business.
- Leadership: Consistency as a team leader with a track record of managing teams and training them to develop in market access and pricing consultancy, including direct line management experience.
- Digital fluency: A willingness to embrace new technologies to support efficiency of work and enhance project deliverables, while ensuring AI and LLM tools are used sensibly and their outputs are validated.
Ideal:
- Advanced Education: A postgraduate qualification in life sciences, health economics, or a related field.
- Foreign language skills: Native proficiency in an additional language often used in projects e.g. German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Mandarin & Korean.
- Global geographic knowledge: Deep expertise in P&MA systems and processes in critical, global markets – for example, North, Central and Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe and Nordics, Asia-Pacific and Africa and the Middle East.
- Remote work experience: Experience managing and developing teams in a remote or hybrid working model.
