About The Role
This is far more than a typical recruitment position.
You'll become a trusted partner to both clients and candidates, helping organisations find outstanding talent while supporting individuals in securing life-changing career opportunities.
You'll manage relationships, develop recruitment strategies, attract high-quality candidates, and oversee the recruitment process from start to finish.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and building lasting professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across the Residential Childcare sector
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Understanding client hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Managing candidate attraction through job boards, networking, and social media
- Developing and growing existing client accounts
- Identifying and generating new business opportunities
- Coordinating interviews and supporting the offer process
- Maintaining regular communication with clients and candidates
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Staying informed of market trends and industry developments
