As part of our Customer Service team, you will play an important role in delivering an outstanding experience to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be providing after-sales support via email, ensuring customer enquiries are handled professionally, efficiently, and with a high level of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via email in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with internal departments to investigate and resolve customer queries.
- Accurately record and manage customer communications using internal systems.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Rarewaves' products, services, and policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in customer service processes.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have:
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to compose clear, professional, and courteous emails.
- Strong computer literacy and accurate typing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Previous experience within retail, at an entertainment retailer, ideally online, would be preferable but is not essential.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30)
Salary: Dependent on experience (£26,000+ based on experience)
