General Warehouse Operative

Mission Logix is recruiting for a General Warehouse Operative to join our growing fulfilment team at our warehouse in Bletchley.

Mission Logix provides e-commerce fulfilment, warehousing and returns processing services for a wide range of online retailers, brands, start-ups and established businesses.
We are a busy and growing operation, handling everything from individual online orders through to wholesale and B2B fulfilment.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on warehouse role within a busy, fast-paced environment. You will be involved in the day-to-day processing of customer orders, returns, stock and general warehouse activities.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Picking customer orders accurately from warehouse locations
- Packing orders ready for despatch
- Processing orders using our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Processing customer returns and exchanges
- Carrying out quality checks on returned products
- Re-tagging, folding and re-bagging products ready for re-stocking
- Photographing and reporting damaged or faulty items
- Receiving and processing incoming stock
- Checking deliveries against expected quantities
- Putting stock away into the correct warehouse locations
- Replenishing pick locations
- Stock movements and general inventory control
- Preparing larger B2B and wholesale orders
- Keeping packing benches and warehouse areas clean, tidy and organised
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
As we work with a variety of different clients and products, the work can change from day to day, so we are looking for someone who is happy to get involved wherever needed.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
- Hard-working with a positive attitude
- Accurate and has a good eye for detail
- Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Process-driven and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable using a computer and handheld warehouse equipment
- Physically able to carry out normal warehouse duties, including picking, packing and moving stock
Previous warehouse, fulfilment, pick & pack or returns experience would be advantageous, although it is not essential as full training will be provided.
Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) would also be beneficial.
Hours & Benefits
- Monday to Friday: 08:30–17:30 - With (occasional weekend over time/time in lieu)
- Optional weekend overtime may occasionally be available
