An opportunity has arisen within the Finance Directorate for an Principal Surveyor (Corporate) in our Estates service team. The role will have overall responsibility for the strategic asset management of the Council’s Corporate Property Estate ensuring a cost effective and efficient corporate property management service that aligns with the Council’s Asset Management Strategy.
You will be part of a supportive, experienced team and you will be able to access excellent learning and development opportunities to support you in your role and personal development.
