Key Responsibilities
- Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
- Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
- Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
- Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
- Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.
What we're looking for:
- Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor/Mortgage & Protection Advisor
- Strong track record of delivering excellent customer outcomes
- Commercially minded with a drive to maximise opportunities
- Passionate about helping clients achieve their homeownership goals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
