Operations Manager – Facilities Management
We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to join our Facilities Management team.
This is a challenging, fast-paced role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of maintenance and facilities services, ensuring operational excellence and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of engineers and planning coordinators.
- Ensure service delivery targets, KPIs, and contractual obligations are consistently achieved.
- Monitor performance, productivity, and resource allocation across all workstreams.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company procedures, and industry standards.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of operational teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an Operations Management role within Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related sector.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience managing mobile engineering teams and scheduling/planning functions.
- Ability to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A trade background is essential, with a solid understanding of maintenance and engineering services.

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
