What You'll Be Doing
You'll become the friendly voice and trusted point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Deliver an exceptional 5-star patient experience.
- Build genuine relationships with patients throughout their treatment.
- Keep patients informed, excited and reassured every step of the way.
- Answer questions and provide outstanding customer support.
- Work closely with our clinical and patient services teams.
- Ensure every patient feels like a VIP from consultation through to their amazing new smile.
- Help create the premium service that makes Space Dental one of the UK's fastest-growing cosmetic dental brands.
