Key Responsibilities – Social Worker (EIP Locality Team)
As a Social Worker in the EIP Locality Team, you will:
- Complete strengths-based assessments within adult social care
- Deliver early intervention and preventative support to reduce risk and avoid crisis
- Develop and review care and support plans that promote independence
- Work in line with the Care Act 2014 and statutory requirements
- Support service users in accessing community services and local resources
- Collaborate with multi-agency professionals across health and social care
- Degree in Social Work (or equivalent qualification)

- Degree in Social Work (or equivalent qualification)
Registration & Compliance:
- Registered with Social Work England
- Enhanced DBS
- Right to work in the UK
Key Skills:
- Strong assessment and case management skills

- Experience in early intervention and prevention services
- Ability to work in a person-centred, strengths-based approach
- Excellent communication and partnership working skills
Experience:
- Experience within locality teams, early intervention, or prevention services
