Regional Operations Manager – Pharmplus Ltd
Pharmplus Ltd is a growing pharmacy group delivering NHS and private healthcare services across our network. We're looking for a driven Regional Operations Manager to be the vital link between our Directors and Pharmacy Managers — keeping our pharmacies running smoothly, hitting targets, and supporting our teams every step of the way.
What you'll do:
- Assist with the day-to-day running of pharmacies across your region
- Support and motivate pharmacy managers and their teams in all areas
- Act as the bridge between Directors and Pharmacy Managers
- Help push and meet NHS and private service targets
- Problem-solve operational issues quickly and effectively
- Report on performance and progress directly to Directors
- Support marketing activity and local promotional efforts
What we're looking for:
- Pharmacy experience — essential
- Highly organised with strong time management
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communicator at all levels
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- A natural problem solver with a proactive mindset
- Some marketing experience — desirable
